Return Policy
Cinema Frames produces limited edition, made to order fine art prints and framed artworks. Each piece is created specifically for the customer at the time of purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. Replacements will only be considered in the following cases: • The artwork arrives damaged • The artwork is defective • The artwork received does not match the order placed To be eligible, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of: • The damage or issue • The external packaging • The internal packaging Approved claims will be resolved by either a replacement at our discretion.
Damage in Transit Policy
All Cinema Frames artworks are professionally packaged using materials designed for glass and fine art transport. If an artwork arrives damaged in transit, customers must: • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery • Provide clear photographs of the damage • Provide photographs of the external and internal packaging Once approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost. Damage claims submitted outside the stated timeframe may not be accepted.
Shipping Policy
All Cinema Frames artworks are made to order and framed by specialist framers. Production time Please allow approximately 7 to 14 business days for production prior to dispatch. Shipping time Shipping times vary depending on destination and the carrier selected at checkout. Tracking Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Cinema Frames is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather events, or other external factors outside our control.
Limited Edition Policy
All Cinema Frames releases are strictly limited in quantity. Once a frame size or edition sells out, it will not be reproduced in the same format. Availability is not guaranteed and past prices do not apply to future releases.
